The Employee Advocates at Winston Law Group, P.C. represent employees throughout California in a wide range of employment-related legal matters. Our firm was founded by attorney David S. Winston, who represented employees and employers (including Walmart) in legal matters prior to starting the firm.

His experience as a defense attorney now benefits our clients – who are employees – as Mr. Winston understands the complexities of both sides of these cases. We know how to prepare each case and tackle obstacles that may arise in the legal process.

Mr. Winston has experience litigating cases at the state and federal level, including being part of a litigation team that litigated cases to the U.S. Supreme Court.
